Description:
- Lead and oversee a team of 4-5 HR professionals in the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team.
- Manage and review end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Approve payroll reports, ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness.
- Develop and refine C&B policies , including salary structures, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Administer employee benefits programs , such as insurance, leave, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF contributions, IRAS tax reporting, and other statutory requirements .
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for payroll calculations, data analysis, and reporting.
- Work closely with finance and other departments on payroll reconciliation and budgeting.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in payroll and C&B operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field .
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience , with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and Payroll .
- Proven leadership experience in managing payroll and C&B functions.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements .
- Expert proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment .
