SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a startup or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing team leads

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in startups and SaaS companies and 5+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, and be proficient in both English and Russian. This role involves managing all HR-related activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the HR function, and supporting our diverse team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Paperwork Management: Oversee and manage all HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Conversations: Facilitate open communication across the organization, addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Team Leads Coaching: Provide guidance and support to team leads to enhance their leadership skills and improve team performance.
  • Performance Reviews: Coordinate and manage the performance review process, providing feedback and development plans to drive employee growth.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
  • HR Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with local laws and aligned with best practices.
