POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support in leading our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of HR management, with a focus on strategic HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in both NI and ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools.
  • Strong Office 365 knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate and influence in a multi-departmental environment

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting effective communication between management and staff.
  • Performance Management:
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback processes, and employee development plans.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Diversity and Inclusion:
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilise HR metrics to assess and improve HR functions and make data-driven decisions.
  • HR Leader
    Support, develop and lead the HR team to deliver daily objectives and KPI’s
