POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support in leading our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 5+ years of HR management, with a focus on strategic HR management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in both NI and ROI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools.
- Strong Office 365 knowledge
- Ability to collaborate and influence in a multi-departmental environment
Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting effective communication between management and staff.
- Performance Management:
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback processes, and employee development plans.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilise HR metrics to assess and improve HR functions and make data-driven decisions.

Support, develop and lead the HR team to deliver daily objectives and KPI’s
