Are you a people-focused professional passionate about driving engagement and delivering high-quality HR support? We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR operations at Katsouris and Mediterranean Foods. This is a hands-on, factory-focused role that requires strong leadership on the ground, working closely with production teams to ensure a positive, legally compliant, and high-performing workplace. You’ll play a key part in fostering employee engagement, supporting business growth, and ensuring our people strategies align with wider company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an effective HR service, ensuring legal compliance and accurate administration.
- Build strong relationships across factory and office teams, supporting grievance, discipline, recruitment, and training processes.
- Oversee HR systems, KPIs, staff surveys, and engagement activities to drive improvements for the site.
- Lead a small HR team, championing initiatives that make Katsouris a great place to work.
