JOB OVERVIEW:

As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the HR functions, with a primary focus on payroll management, HR technology implementation, employee engagement, and assists with HR training and development. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes, effective HR initiatives, and strategic engagement and retention efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or 7 years of experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, or Manager or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, HR technology, and training and development strategies.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
