Description:

We’re seeking an exceptional Country HR Director to provide outstanding leadership for our HR function, supporting our business leaders and guiding our HR team to success.
We need a person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, who takes challenges as a new opportunity, and who is dedicated to continue developing trusted HR relationships.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School education or GED, required
  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources or Master’s degree in Human resources or other related field, preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR, required
  • Previous experience partnering with senior management, preferred
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and codes, knowledge of market trends in the field of salaries, compensation and benefits.
  • Knowledge of international personnel assessment systems.
  • The ability to negotiate.
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team that acts in both strategic and tactical capacities providing full life-cycle Human Resources lead
  • Be an active member of the country’s senior leadership team
  • Ensure that proper implementation of the principles and procedures are in place in accordance with national legislation
  • Take a hands-on approach to monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Ensure that effective personnel selection and identification of the best future employees is in place
  • Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels of our business in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner
  • Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business
  • Provide a structured approach to planning the promotion and replacement of employees
  • Develop and manage the staff of your department
