Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in HR, or a post-graduate diploma in human resource management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with a good understanding of HR practices, Employment Act, Labour Law, and HR-related legislation.
- Strong experience in working with the Union.
- Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
