Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources activities for our hazardous and radioactive waste treatment plants in Ruwais, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations, recruitment, and manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration, and work permits.
- Supervise employee benefits, training, and development programs.
- Lead payroll and staff cost budgeting processes.
- Support local talent initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of HR experience in the Middle East, preferably in the industrial sector (Oil & Gas experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and excellent leadership skills.
- English proficiency required, Arabic MANDATORY

Willing and able to be based full-time in Ruwais, Abu Dhab
