Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources activities for our hazardous and radioactive waste treatment plants in Ruwais, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, recruitment, and manpower planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration, and work permits.
  • Supervise employee benefits, training, and development programs.
  • Lead payroll and staff cost budgeting processes.
  • Support local talent initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of HR experience in the Middle East, preferably in the industrial sector (Oil & Gas experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and excellent leadership skills.
  • English proficiency required, Arabic MANDATORY
    Additional Information
    Willing and able to be based full-time in Ruwais, Abu Dhab
