ABOUT YOU

We are looking for technical skill, cultural fit and diversity of thought. To be successful in this role you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or minimum of 6+ years in an HR generalist role, preferably within professional services consultancies.
• Strong core HR knowledge, with practical experience in HR/ER/IR matters.
• In-depth knowledge of HR legislative requirements.
• Be proficient in HR software (Workable and Bamboo advantageous) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enjoy being creative and thinking of new ways of doing things

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to take on a fixed term maternity cover role. This will initially be for 9 months, with an option to extend. We envisage this to be a 2 day per week role (.4 FTE), with flexibility to increase/decrease as per workload. We would like this person to start mid-August for handover.

You will support the growth of our business across Australia, managing the entire employee lifecycle, including:

• Manage recruitment processes to attract top talent.
• Manage the onboarding process, probationary tracking and assessment.
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee HR compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely HRIS data input and reporting.
• Learning & Development program management.
• Offboarding and exit interviews.
