For Azelis Poland & Ukraine, we are looking for an HR manager working from our Poznan offices.
About The Role
As Azelis’ HR manager for Poland & Ukraine, you will provide operational and strategic HR support and guidance to the local organisations with the goal to establish a performance-oriented organisation and create a Best-Place-to-Work environment.
You will set out the HR agenda and priorities to support the business’ needs, in close cooperation with the Managing Director for Poland & Ukraine and the HR Director EMEA.

You’ll proactively partner with the Managing Director, other local leadership and management in all relevant HR issues, and facilitate the achievements of business goals by delivering professional, operational (hands-on) HR support in all areas of the employee life cycle:

  • Recruitment
  • Employee relations
  • Performance talent management
  • Compensation & benefits, including payroll
  • Performance management
  • Training & development

You will ensure the implementation of group policies and procedures at local level and provide the best possible support and information to line managers, whilst ensuring compliance with the applicable local legislation.
In the field of Sustainability, you will translate the Group’s Sustainability Strategy into concrete job-related action items and contribute actively and timely to the implementation of the sustainability KPIs.

Who you are

  • You have a university degree level in HR and/or Economics, or (equivalent) HR certification.
  • You have 5+ years HR generalist experience, ideally in an international company possessing a strong customer focus and a performance-based culture.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in Polish and English.
  • You have excellent computer skills (MS Office).
  • You are able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
  • You have great interpersonal skills, and you are able to empathize with employees, pursuing a productive management style.
  • You are highly organised, able to work well under stress, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • You are team-player with excellent people, communication and influencing skills: articulate, able to “tune in” to and successfully deal with different people at all levels and lead by example.
  • Prior experience with HR information systems (e.g. Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP Successfactors) is a plus.
