Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
To manage full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions, include HR Planning & Budgeting, Payroll administration, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Change Management, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management, HR Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin ( to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
- Full spectrum experience
- Strong supervisory skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High professional ethics and integrity
- Team player with sound judgment and analytical skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- To develop and establish effective manpower planning, sourcing, integrating and retaining the staff
- To devise and manage effective compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain and reward quality staff or talents
- To develop and manage an effective employee relations and communications mechanism
- To develop and manage an effective staff training and development function
- To be responsible for welfare and recreation programmes for the staff
- To be responsible for establishment and maintenance of effective human resource information and administration systems
- Formulate HR strategies and align HR policies and programmes with Company objectives
- Handle Day-to-day HR Operations
- Admin Management . Oversee the day-to-day procedural operations of the office, ensure compliance and efficiency. Measure, identify, review and suggest adjustments when necessary Source, procure & maintenance of office equipment and supplies
