Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

To manage full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions, include HR Planning & Budgeting, Payroll administration, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Change Management, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Management, HR Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic organization
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin ( to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
  • Full spectrum experience
  • Strong supervisory skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High professional ethics and integrity
  • Team player with sound judgment and analytical skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and establish effective manpower planning, sourcing, integrating and retaining the staff
  • To devise and manage effective compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain and reward quality staff or talents
  • To develop and manage an effective employee relations and communications mechanism
  • To develop and manage an effective staff training and development function
  • To be responsible for welfare and recreation programmes for the staff
  • To be responsible for establishment and maintenance of effective human resource information and administration systems
  • Formulate HR strategies and align HR policies and programmes with Company objectives
  • Handle Day-to-day HR Operations
  • Admin Management . Oversee the day-to-day procedural operations of the office, ensure compliance and efficiency. Measure, identify, review and suggest adjustments when necessary Source, procure & maintenance of office equipment and supplies
