QUALIFICATIONS:
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in an HR role with a focus on project leadership
- Strong skills in Excel, communication, and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the HR Business Partner for our team, providing HR support and handling employee relations.
- Lead recruitment efforts, develop strategies, and build partnerships.
- Manage and implement a variety of HR projects, including engagement, compensation, benefits, and payroll initiatives.
- Support managers on compensation and performance management.
