JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW:
The Human Resources Manager will provide operational support with both cyclical and ad-hoc HR processes, including performance management, onboarding, talent acquisition and management, employee experience & engagement etc.). This is an exciting opportunity as the ideal candidate will have significant exposure across the organization with the opportunity to grow their HR career within the company over time. In this role, you will also get to work on strategic projects, process improvements and analytics to support Global functions. The successful candidate for this position will provide day-to-day support to employees and build relationships with various levels of the organization. The role will report to the HR Director Global Functions.
This position requires on-site attendance.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Director Global Functions with the entire employee lifecycle.
- Utilize workforce data to create reports and presentations utilizing applicable metrices/ analytics.
- In partnership with HR Operations, ensure employee life cycle transactions are processed and completed in a timely manner.
- Handle and respond to general employee inquiries including interpretation of Company policies.
- Assists with the implementation of Early Career Programs
- Coordinates and participates in the exit interview process; identifies opportunities and areas of concern requiring follow-up.
- Facilitates the onboarding and exit process for employees, completion of new hire paperwork, communication of applicable information to future employees.
- Supports day-to-day transactions and activities including organizing and uploading digital files, documents, and data, as needed; will manage employee movement/data in Workday.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Position Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS/ATTRIBUTES
- BS, BA or graduate degree preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
- 3+ years of demonstrable human resources experience in a related field in a similar organization.
- Prior experience as a HR Generalist preferred.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working successfully in a global matrixed organization.
- Experience with HRIS systems specifically Workday.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc.)
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
