Responsibilities:
- Overseeing HR operations, including contracts, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws, GDPR, and CQC regulations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Supporting managers in performance management and conflict resolution.
- Collaborating with managers to identify training and development needs.
- Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Providing HR insights to senior management on workforce planning.
