  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws, GDPR, and CQC regulations.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Supporting managers in performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborating with managers to identify training and development needs.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Providing HR insights to senior management on workforce planning.
