As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in providing hands-on, comprehensive HR support to our leadership team and employees, focusing on employee relations, engagement, and development. You will be a key member of the site leadership team, working closely with the HR Manager (Confectionery) and HR Director to align our group HR strategy with local business objectives.
