Description:

YOUR MISSION:

Employee, Culture & External Relations:

  • Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating effective communication.
  • Collaborate on employer branding and visible leadership initiatives to ensure an open feedback culture.
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR initiatives and projects to support employee engagement and organizational objectives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to enhance the employee compensation program and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Actively participate in company culture initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, including executive search firms, to support recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage internal and external communication channels (e.g., social media) for recruitment activities and support employer branding.
  • Contribute to the performance appraisal process by providing feedback and performance assessments in collaboration with department heads.
  • Lead strategic HR projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, to support organizational goals.

Recruitment:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet staffing needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure quality hires.
  • Manage and administer our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in Personio, to coordinate and streamline recruitment processes, as well as ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions to accurately reflect current roles and responsibilities.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and support the implementation of employee training initiatives to enhance skills, productivity and individual development.

Payroll Preparation:

  • Work closely with payroll provider to manage payroll preparation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

German Labor Law Compliance:

  • Partner with the Head of Staff to maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with German labor laws.
  • Prepare employment contracts, addendums and termination documents, where applicable.

Reporting Relationship:

  • This position reports to the Head of Staff at our headquarters and the HR Business Partner in Singapore.
