POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Manager will oversee human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organisational development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture, and the ability to handle both strategic and hands-on HR responsibilities.

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information for strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for presenting information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
