Description:

HR MANAGER (MANPOWER PLANNING)

Building the workforce through strategic manpower planning ensures the right number of employees with the right skills and values. This includes analysing current manpower, forecasting future needs, and developing recruitment, retention, and development strategies. Aligning these efforts with our Vision, Services Plan, and company’s strategic directions optimizes workforce effectiveness and achieves organizational goals.

DESCRIPTIONS:

Manpower readiness involves supervising the team, representing HR in the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) budgeting exercises, and collaborating with stakeholders such as HODs, Finance, HRBPS, etc.
Responsibilities include monitoring and updating manpower status, ensuring accurate reporting and presentations, harmonizing planning and budgeting processes, and addressing manpower issues with senior management.
Additionally, it entails leading reviews with the CEO, and instituting a structured requisition and management process through developed guidelines and templates.
Manpower analysis involves evaluating current manpower inventory and forecasting future needs using advanced statistical models to generate actionable insights. It includes accurate and timely reporting, delivering effective data analysis reports to stakeholders, and enhancing workforce planning while managing all reporting requirements.
HR planning involves computing manpower productivity indicators, reporting KPI performance, and taking necessary actions. It includes proposing KPI targets based on past trends, monitoring achievements, collaborating with Finance on HR budget allocation and expense tracking, and coordinating, tracking, and reporting progress on transition-related HR projects.
Involved in various HR projects when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Statistics, HR, Economics, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical software.
  • Experience in manpower budgeting projects and team supervision.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel expertise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Machine learning skills are a plus.
