Description:
OUR CLIENT IS A MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN THE BIOMEDICAL INDUSTRY. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER TO JOIN THEIR HR TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THE CURRENT HIGH PERFORMING PRODUCTION TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE NORTH – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.
Duties
- Identifying manpower needs and developing hiring strategies based on job market research and government policies.
- Advising on salary trends and adjusting compensation packages to stay competitive.
- Enhance Employee Welfare/Benefits by researching and recommending adjustments to benefits packages to remain competitive.
- Organizing activities and events to foster teamwork and morale.
- Ensuring HR procedures comply with ISO standards and customer requirements.
Preparing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, coordinating with Operations, managing pre-employment processes, and maintaining employee profiles.Training Course Administration by sourcing and registering for courses, processing payments, and handling training-related matters.
Requirement
- At least 5 years of HR experience in Manufacturing industry
- Diploma in any HR related discipline
- Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility will be a bonus
