Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.
- Develop and manage recognition and reward programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in various countries.
- Prepare and manage HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.
- Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events worldwide, including team-building activities, company retreats, and annual meetings.
- Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements, venues, and accommodations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to C-suite executives.
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparation for meetings and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between C-suite executives and other employees or external stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in HR or People Operations roles, preferably in a remote tech environment.
- Proven experience in planning and executing events on a global scale.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
