RECRUITMENT AND ONBOARDING:

1. Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to hiring and onboarding.
2. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
