Responsibilities:

- Enablement & Coaching: Partner closely with our people managers to ensure employees are at their best, fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and has a sense of purpose.
- Strategic HR Partnership: Work collaboratively across various business areas, including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to deliver strategic Organisation and People plans.
- Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Adapt our EVP to meet the evolving needs of employees, ensuring we attract and retain a skilled and talented workforce.
- AI and Industry 4.0 Integration: Be at the forefront of engaging with employees and understanding how AI and Industry 4.0 can be integrated into the workplace to support our business goals.
- Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs that align with business strategy, ensuring continuous skill enhancement.
- Compliance & Policies: Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and company policies and provide professional HR advice to local managers.
- Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage recruitment processes to attract the best talent and implement Talent Management strategies to develop skills and meet business needs.
- Employee Relations: Lead key Employee Relations tasks, ensuring smooth business operations through an engaged workforce.
