Responsibilities:
The Regional HR Manager, Americas, will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with labor laws in the US & Canada, implementing effective HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits programs as necessary, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Reporting to the Global HR Manager, the incumbent will collaborate closely with Business Partnerships to support the company’s strategic objectives while maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement and satisfaction.
