Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain employee records
- Update leave records for employees
- Prepare employment contracts
- Prepare recruitment advertisements
- Apply/Renew/Cancel EP/S-PASS
- Monitor and arrange training for all local and foreign workers
- Monitor and update ISO training records
- Monitor and update dormitory list for foreign workers
- Monitor insurance coverage for local and foreign workers
- Assist in the renewal of company’s registered contractors licences
- Implementation of control measures
- Adoption of HR technologies
- Recruiting Talents
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of payroll, HR operations and Finance experience
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detailed oriented and strong proficiency in Microsoft package
