We are recruiting to fill the position below:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, especially within the retail or fashion industry.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the clothing or retail industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, such as HRIS and payroll platforms.
- Experience developing and executing employee engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract, select, and retain top talent aligned with the brand’s values and goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and stay updated on labor law changes relevant to the clothing industry.
- Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, enhance teamwork, and reduce turnover.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve issues while promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating feedback sessions.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to the brand’s overall success.
