SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management managing transactional and strategic HR activities, preferably in professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Prosperity is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of the firm’s human resources operations and play an integral role in shaping the firm’s culture and strategic growth.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will develop and implement HR strategies and policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
As the Human Resource Manager, you will provide timely HR support, advice and guidance to the Director group and stakeholders across the business whilst streamlining HR processes and implementing initiatives focused on fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the firm’s goals and objectives.
  • Providing timely, effective and high-level HR services, advice and support to our team members.
  • Effectively managing the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Contributing to talent management efforts, including recruitment and performance reviews, and implementing and enhancing HR policies and procedures in line with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HRIS modifications and generate HR data reports to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Provide advice and support to management on Employee Relations matters.
  • Drive workplace health, safety, and well-being strategies, systems, and initiatives.
  • Plan and execute the annual lifecycle of people processes, including formal check-ins, compensation and benefits reviews, career conversations, and engagement events.
  • Producing monthly reports detailing accurate HR and Admin metrics.
  • HR support to the Directors and Managers overall.
