HR MANAGER

Osborne Executive Recruitment are working in partnership with a dynamic, progressive organisation to recruit their next HR Manager. The organisation are enjoying significant growth and require a HR manager with the ability to support this growth through its next phase. This role is based in the North- East, is fully onsite with a salary commensurate with the seniority of the position and experience of the successful candidate.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function with professionalism and strategic vision. This role reports to the CEO, and is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality HR services that align with best practices and statutory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Manager will oversee the following areas in alignment with the organisation’s mission, vision, values, and relevant legislation:
• Strategic HR Leadership
• Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Retention – Develop and implement effective workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
• Employment & Pay Control
• Staff Training & Development
• Policy Development & Review
• Regulatory Compliance
• HR Systems
• Health & Safety and Employee Welfare
