The Human Resources Manager will provide leadership and functional HR management support to field sales and warehouse locations at multiple PepsiCo locations across the PBNA Oklahoma Zone.
Responsibilities:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related field preferred
- 5+ years prior Human Resources and Leadership experience
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred
- We are looking for candidates with experience supporting front-line employees and field-based client groups in a manufacturing or distribution center environment
- Preference for Labor Relations experience (Grievance Management, Arbitrations, and Contract Negotiations)
