Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record in company’s HR improvement process.
  • Min 10 years of HR experience, with 6 years in HR Management level.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage manpower requirements across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Monitor and report on resource activities, addressing deviations from plans and taking corrective action.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of updated job descriptions and oversee the creation of new roles in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Stay updated on HR manpower planning techniques, recommending improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
  • Develop and oversee performance management frameworks to drive employee engagement and growth.
  • Implement process improvements across the employee lifecycle and drive leadership development programs.
