Description:
Our client is looking to engage an experienced HR professional on an interim contract an initial period of 6 months.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this is a hands-on role where you will provide leadership, guidance and expertise across a full HR generalist remit. The business is fast paced, dynamic and ever changing so as HR Manager you will partner with the management team to support all HR activity.
The role
- Acting as a key advisor to the business, serving as a link between Management, Directors, and employees.
- Advising on day to day ER issues, performance & absence management
- Supporting the business and managers throughout the business on all organisational policy matters.
- Managing L&D activity, analyse training needs to design employee development.
- Initiating and implementing HR projects in areas such as change management
About you…
CIPD qualified, you will demonstrate business and commercial awareness along with strong stakeholder management. Naturally you will be well versed in knowledge and application of current UK Employment law and ideally have worked within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
