DESCRIPTION
To ensure the delivery of a high quality HR service across the organisation.
Key to this role is developing and maintaining positive and collaborative working relationships with QAC managers, employees and internal/external stakeholders, establishing professional credibility and supporting the further growth and development of our management capability and skills.
The role involves line management and co-ordination of a busy team of HR professionals to deliver an excellent level of service across all aspects of HR; managing operational activities, casework and prioritising work requirements effectively, to meet with organisational and statutory requirements.
As HR Manager you will be providing advice and guidance, based on professional knowledge and expertise to support on a range of complex cases. As part of a growing and developing organisation you will also be involved in organisational change, project work and strategic developments for the Charity, in conjunction with the Director of HR.
You will oversee and develop the use of our HR management information systems and reporting, providing effective reporting on KPI’s, regular and ad hoc workforce reporting as required. Deputise for the Director of HR as needed
Hours: 37 hours a week. Flexible working from 30 hours/4 days
Contract: 52 weeks
