Employment Duration: Full Time (M-Th In-person, Remote Fridays)
Salary: $105,000/year + housing discount + bonus eligibility + benefits + 401K matching

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building an engaging, supportive, and results-driven culture. You will oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, and risk mitigation. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented leader who can skillfully handle team member concerns, implement strategic HR policies, and create programs to elevate team member engagement and retention. You will have an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we cultivate an enviroment where our team members can thrive and grow!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations, risk management, performance management, and compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and workplace safety standards
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to guide managers and employees in HR-related matters
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and confidentially
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, able to manage multiple HR initiatives and deadlines effectively
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to addressing HR challenges and improving processes
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment through proactive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
