Tasks

We’re looking for a results-driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring in top talent, fast:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment to attract and retain top tech and non-tech talent.
  • Translate hiring needs into compelling job descriptions.
  • Source, engage, and close top talent.
  • Drive hiring excellence while laying the foundation for future HR policies and processes to support growth.

Requirements
We’re looking for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance in Germany, Luxembourg is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A hands-on, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English (C2 or native) and German (C1 minimum), French is a plus.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in fast-growing startups or HealthTech companies.
  • Familiarity with HR software for recruitment (Join).
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of organizational development and employee well-being programs.
