We are in search of a dynamic HR Generalist to be responsible for the successful implementation of projects that are critical to organizational strategic objectives. Working closely with the Chief HR Officer, the Divisional HR Directors and Group HR team, the Project Manager leads Strategic projects and cross functional teams through planning and execution and monitors and controls the project through the project lifecycle. You will rely on your project and Human Resources experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

The preferred candidate will have a strong flair for Data Analytics , Digitilisation projects, Talent management systems, reporting and you will have project management experience along with the employee experience and HR Rhythm. As the successful incumbent you will oversee and lead cross projects that predominately drive Organizational effectiveness.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Excellent Interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate at all levels. • A high level of commitment, motivation and initiative. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI • Strong ability to work and organize large data to influence decisions • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills • Broad experiences in project types such as business transformation/reengineering, overhead management, workforce planning, HR Standardization, systems implementation and HR Digitization • Broad experiences with project execution methodologies such as implementation, organisational change management and process redesign • Ability to work within a matrix organisation independently and within a team • Ability to interact with all multiple stakeholders including vendor management • Strong experience in managing remotely based teams within a large matrix organisation • Negotiation skills • Persuasive Knowledge Skills Attributes • Good understanding and knowledge of Industrial relations and related legislation • Knowledge of best practice employee engagement processes • Knowledge of change management, transformation, methodologies and processes Working with complexity • Awareness of the market environment • Managing professionally • Driving change • Results Orientation • Resilience and Agility • Integrity

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • B.A Honours/master’s degree qualification in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology or related field • Formal Project Management • Strong commercial approach • Minimum 4– 5 Years’ experience working with HR standards, systems, platforms and processes • Generalist experience of HR practice in a labour intensive service industry. Responsibilities:

• Project Management - leading cross functional projects that predominately drive HR standardization, resource optimization and organizational effectiveness • Team and Communication across of all levels, working with Project owners, work stream owners and all leads to manage project quality and completeness. Working with project teams to identify issues, risks and implement corrective action plans and response plans • Utilizing influencing skills to achieve project results • Support the Group HR office through various leadership and continuous improvement initiatives • Coordinate project audit responses and other assurance activities • Assist the Chief HR Officer with portfolio management activities include but not limited to planning, reporting and metrics.
