Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager at The Family Chemist, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, from strategic planning to hands-on operations. This role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organisational development to align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on practitioner, passionate about cultivating a positive and high-performing workplace.
