Description:

The HR Manager will support the team of the People Management Department in talent management, recruitment, HR matters and specific HR projects . The HR manager will report to the senior manager and to the senior director of the People Management Department.

Responsibilities:

  • is responsible for the development, implementation and follow up of the Learning and Development policy (L&D) and as such develops talent management programs and ensures the implementation;
  • is responsible for the onboarding process for new comers : prepare arrival, plan meetings with ad hoc contacts etc.
  • actively participates in the recruitment process : is therefore in charge of selection, recruitment process for some profiles
  • ensures the understanding and execution of HR programs (performance management, competence management, recognition, integration and development); Supporting managers in the annual HR cycle (performance review, competence management, salary & bonus review, talent review, succession planning, workforce planning,…) and ensuring that all deliverables arrive on time and in accordance with the HR framework
  • collaborates on projects, within the Peoman department (ie: including HR KPI’s management, staff engagement survey )and contribute to the continuous evolution of the HR policy and HR processes & tools.
  • Acts as one Point of contact for all colleagues on different issues like training, evaluation, social rights etc.
  • Acts according to Rise Values
