We are seeking a HR Manager to join our team at Turning Tides. This is a newly created role and will manage a small team to deliver a proactive HR service to managers across West Sussex. This is an amazing opportunity where you can really make a difference and bring ideas and solutions to make Turning Tides a great place to work.
Responsibilities:
- Advice, guidance and coaching to a team of managers who are running our services
- Managing the talent acquisition process from vacancy through to onboarding to ensure a great experience for candidates and a good pipeline of talent for managers
- Lead the business in all HR policies, processes and procedures
- Continuous development of policies and procedures, to include training, staff handbook and management guides
- Lead a small HR team to deliver administrative tasks and payroll, including HR data management and analysis
- Get involved in annual strategic planning process and lead and deliver on projects that make a difference
