We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: HR Manager
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 years + of progressive experience in HR management roles, preferably in the education industry.
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Female candidates between the ages of 25-35 years are strongly advised to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, ensuring adherence to policy and legal standards for personnel files, benefits, and performance reviews.
- Spearhead recruitment efforts by crafting precise job descriptions, advertising openings, and overseeing the hiring process.
- Offer guidance and counseling on company policies and procedures to employees as needed.
- Conduct thorough performance management and appraisal processes to drive employee development and organizational success.
- Conduct regular reviews of employment conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Efficiently process payroll, including timesheet entry, deduction calculation, and paycheck distribution.
- Develop and execute effective onboarding strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
- Provide fair and consistent support in managing disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including managing contracts and work permits.
- Prepare and present insightful HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision making.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by management.
