Utilus is a fast growing and highly ambitious software delivery company. We design, build, manage and operate highly scalable and complex software projects in the heart of the primary business processes of our clients, including Tennet, Eneco, Dura Vermeer and Nederlandse Loterij. We are also actively involved in independent developments such as a platform for managing power network congestion, and a platform for managing zero-emission last mile delivery.
Our 24/7 operations department makes sure that our systems process many billions of transactions a year, while constantly optimizing the amount of resources used.
We work on sustainability by focusing mainly on assignments in the heart of the energy transition, but also by helping our clients replace dozens of so-called legacy systems with forward thinking, simple, cost-effective solutions for complex problems.

ABOUT THE JOB

Utilus is currently seeking an HR Manager to join our rapidly growing team.The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and recruitment, including headcount planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development, HR operations and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Manage (together with Recruiter) recruitment, headcount planning and recruitment process, collaborating with internal and external recruiters
  • Manage company culture and employee relations, including onboarding, performance, engagement and talent development
  • Develop, implement and monitor learning and development approach and identify learning and development needs
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with company goals
  • Manage all aspects of HR operations and implement and execute organizational policies and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to management using HR data and metrics
