We are looking for a HR Manager to join our HR organization at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland. Join us in a key role where you’ll handle HR responsibilities across Finland and EMEA, making a meaningful impact on our global organization while driving your professional growth.

Responsibilities:
You will be part of our top-notch HR Finland team. You will have an excellent opportunity to be responsible for Finland and EMEA level HR support for a dedicated business area. You will report to HR Director.
- Ensure the development and implementation of the strategy in close cooperation with Global Business HR’s.
- Implement and develop HR policies, guidelines and processes as well as follow the local regulation and provide advice and counselling to leaders.
- Provide HR support and coach managers in assigned business and help to facilitate positive employee experience.
- Implement global talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, succession planning and performance procedures and activities as well as develop, document and communicate local practices.
- Take care of HR system related activities according to the agreed practices.
- Proactively participate in people management annual clock related activities, including informing and training managers and employees as required locally.
