Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that align with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and best HR practices.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Manage compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness.
- Implement and manage HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies.
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on policy development and regulatory compliance.
- identifying training needs within the organization .
