Automotive Steering Column Ltd. operates as an independent division of the Bosch Group. Our company develops, manufactures and markets steering columns for passenger cars and commercial vehicles worldwide and is a supplier to 109 automotive manufacturers. The company is headquartered in Germany. In addition to our plant in Eger, we have 20 other locations, giving us a personal presence in the most important markets.
Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values to ensure compliance with labour laws and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and manage the performance appraisal process, assisting managers in setting goals and providing feedback to employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Ensure the organization’s HR practices remain compliant and mitigate potential legal risks.
- Manage the HR team operation, monitor performance, support and develop team members and ensure effective communication and cooperation within the team.
- Foster and maintain cooperation with trade union, partners, service providers.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Partner closely with the business to foster a high-performing culture, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 5-10 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role, min. 3 years leadership experience.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Active, conversational English, both written and oral.
- Confident MS Office user.
- Business and strategical thinking and the ability to align HR practices with organizational goals.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
