REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in the HR/Labour Administration
  • Experience in office/administrative management (desirable)
  • Basic knowledge of labour legislation
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Process and quality orientation, attentiveness to detail, high sense of responsibility
  • PC literacy (Office Suite, ability to learn and work in different systems and software)

Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration:
  • managing documentation flow (scanning, signing, storing)
  • managing daily office management activities (supplying with everything needed, creating comfortable atmosphere, managing company assets, organizing workplaces, liaising with all local suppliers/vendors) and ensuring the office runs properly
  • providing support in local business events organization (printing flyers, packing branded gifts, checking banners etc)
  • helping in organizing office events (parties, activities, workshops, initiatives)
  • organizing the delivery of corporate merchandise
  • provide support in the communications projects and initiatives
  • HR Administration:
  • providing personnel administration for direct employees in Poland: registration of admissions, dismissals, leaves and other personnel documents
  • monitoring and administrating the vacations, sick leaves, business trips
  • ensuring company`s compliance with local labour legislation (e.g. labor protection, medical examinations etc.), organizing needed trainings and examinations
  • participating in monitoring the local legislative changes in the field of labor and employment
  • consulting employees on legal employment issues
  • coordinating the work and communicate with HR Administration (HR Compliance) service providers
