Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, organizing documents, and assisting with other office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, staff, and patients that visit in a friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner and transfer to the appropriate department.
  • Confirm meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain a clean welcome area.
  • Maintains the visitor and employee sign-in/sign-out logs.
  • Ensures all visitors are given a “Visitor” badge and ensure the return of the badge.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for the office.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain files.
  • Assist with coordinating special events.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
