Strongly merited skills:

  • Previous experience handling invoices and travel claims.
  • Experience in tracking and managing employee hour balances and vacation records.
  • Previous Experience HR or finance functionalities of the Unit4 ERP system.
  • Fluency in Swedish is a plus but not required

About the Role:
We are looking for a part-time HR & Office Coordinator to join our empowering Nordic People & Culture team. In this role, you will play a part in supporting essential payroll, HR and office administration related tasks. Working approximately 20-23 hours per week, you will contribute to the smooth running of our operations and assist the Finance department with specific tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform payroll-related manual tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supporting employees in payroll-related questions
  • Manage office administration tasks at our Espoo location, maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
  • Monitoring vacation and hour balances, ensuring they are tracked actively and systematically.

In addition, the role can include support for the Finance department with:

  • Handling purchase invoices.
  • Processing travel claims.

PLEASE NOTE, THAT THIS ROLE IS HYBRID AND INVOLVES WORKING ON-SITE AT OUR ESPOO OFFICE AS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
