Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ administrative, HR and office management experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Possess strong analytical skills and prepared to work hands-on with HR functions/ systems
- Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Good time management and be able to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of Singapore office to ensure smooth functioning and improve operational efficiency and workflow
- Perform general HR functions such as recruitment and selection, processing work passes, leave management, employee relations, performance management, HR, etc.
- Perform office administrative duties, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records, etc.
- Bridge the gap between administrative support and human resources management for Singapore and SEA regions
- Work closely with the headquarters in Hong Kong to roll-out projects aligned with the group strategy
- Manage the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration
- Manage office supplies, equipment and office facilities to keep the workplace functional and follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Liaise with service providers, vendors and other parties
- Manage all insurance matters such as work injury compensation, public liability, etc.
- Ensure compliance with local and state guideline and laws
- Provide solutions and recommendations to management
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database, personnel files and other documents
- Liaise with Accounting Department on cost monitoring and payment management
- Prepare and submit reports, government survey returns, etc.
- Perform other job duties as assigned
