REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ administrative, HR and office management experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Possess strong analytical skills and prepared to work hands-on with HR functions/ systems
  • Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Good time management and be able to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of Singapore office to ensure smooth functioning and improve operational efficiency and workflow
  • Perform general HR functions such as recruitment and selection, processing work passes, leave management, employee relations, performance management, HR, etc.
  • Perform office administrative duties, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records, etc.
  • Bridge the gap between administrative support and human resources management for Singapore and SEA regions
  • Work closely with the headquarters in Hong Kong to roll-out projects aligned with the group strategy
  • Manage the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and office facilities to keep the workplace functional and follow all safety procedures and protocols
  • Liaise with service providers, vendors and other parties
  • Manage all insurance matters such as work injury compensation, public liability, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with local and state guideline and laws
  • Provide solutions and recommendations to management
  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database, personnel files and other documents
  • Liaise with Accounting Department on cost monitoring and payment management
  • Prepare and submit reports, government survey returns, etc.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
