Job Responsibilities
- Managing and fulfilling employee rights in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Implementing employee development programs through internal/external training and assessments as needed and within approved budgets.
- Formulating and socializing company regulations to employees to foster a conducive industrial relationship.
- Managing the operational needs of the office and other employee facilities to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Carrying out HR administrative tasks such as creating work documents, handling labor permits, and reporting company obligations to the Disnaker in Bulungan North Kalimantan.
- Calculating employee medical reimbursement according to company regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably with a background in Psychology, Management, Law.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Staff in Power Plants, Smelters or Mining Industry.
- Possess competency in Recruitment & Selection Management, Remuneration Management, Industrial Relation and HRIS.
- Willing to be placed at the Jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
