Job Responsibilities

  • Managing and fulfilling employee rights in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Implementing employee development programs through internal/external training and assessments as needed and within approved budgets.
  • Formulating and socializing company regulations to employees to foster a conducive industrial relationship.
  • Managing the operational needs of the office and other employee facilities to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Carrying out HR administrative tasks such as creating work documents, handling labor permits, and reporting company obligations to the Disnaker in Bulungan North Kalimantan.
  • Calculating employee medical reimbursement according to company regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably with a background in Psychology, Management, Law.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Staff in Power Plants, Smelters or Mining Industry.
  • Possess competency in Recruitment & Selection Management, Remuneration Management, Industrial Relation and HRIS.
  • Willing to be placed at the Jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
