We’re looking for a dynamic HR Officer to help launch Alba Italian Restaurant and create an incredible work environment. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Recruit, onboard, and train the perfect team for our grand opening.
- Create and manage employee benefits and rewards programs from the ground up.
- Foster a positive, engaging work culture that keeps our team motivated and happy.
- Oversee HR policies, payroll, and employee relations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with management to support staff growth and performance.
If you have 2+ years of HR experience (restaurant/hospitality is a bonus!), love working with people, and want to shape our team and culture, we’d love to have you on board!
