Would you like to join our team? We are looking for an HR Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Offering proactive guidance on HR-related matters and employee relations.
- Managing employee relations and addressing concerns.
- Ensuring continuous compliance with labor laws and providing social legal explanations and staying updated on changes in legislation and adjust HR policies accordingly.
- Coordinating the recruitment process: publishing vacancies, conducting selections, setting up interviews, discussing offers, and setting up onboarding.
- Developing and refining policies to support people themes.
- Improving and implementing HR practices and initiatives.
- Setting up monthly HR communication about people themes.
- Being savvy with HR analytics and data while defining drivers for improvement.
- Composing and utilizing reports on employee mobility, diversity, and absences.
- Ensuring annual and quarterly HR reporting and maintaining updates of the HR workforce budget.
