Responsibilities:

  • Offering proactive guidance on HR-related matters and employee relations.
  • Managing employee relations and addressing concerns.
  • Ensuring continuous compliance with labor laws and providing social legal explanations and staying updated on changes in legislation and adjust HR policies accordingly.
  • Coordinating the recruitment process: publishing vacancies, conducting selections, setting up interviews, discussing offers, and setting up onboarding.
  • Developing and refining policies to support people themes.
  • Improving and implementing HR practices and initiatives.
  • Setting up monthly HR communication about people themes.
  • Being savvy with HR analytics and data while defining drivers for improvement.
  • Composing and utilizing reports on employee mobility, diversity, and absences.
  • Ensuring annual and quarterly HR reporting and maintaining updates of the HR workforce budget.
